She's gone, but they're still there...

Who? the wicked neighbours of the west.... Eight o'clock on a Saturday morning.. Wraoum.....compressor in action in the neighbours' garden....9 by now... the compressor has stopped. Does it mean it was just meant to wake up the street? those stupid people...

Gone at last????

No sign of the wicked witch of the top since Wednesday. Has she really moved for good? The house is so quiet we have the feeling we're living in a new place! But is it going to last? We have seen a couple entering her flat... Who are they??? I'm going...

The wicked witch strikes again

We thought we had seen and heard all we could, but we hadn't yet!!!! She stole the deep freezer that belonged to me and was in the common cellar.. now she pretends it was hers and that she gave it to a charity... Yesterday afternoon, she kept on throwing...

Hollyhocks

This year is a hollyhocks year. They are taller and more numerous than they have ever been.But with the storms we recently had, being so tall means a lot of them are now broken or lying on the ground.Like this one which now lies on the hortensia.
