In God we Trust

I was watching the news on TV, yesterday, and there was "the" hero interviewed. Not a warrior, but the pilot of the airbus that landed or should we say "rivered" on the Hudson River, a fortnight ago.

This man only gave one interview. And, as it is America, one of the questions was "Did you pray?"...
To which the pilot answered that he left the prayers to the people in the cabin ( clearly, he had better things to do...) And it is true that if he had prayed instead of acting, there might have been many dead people, but they would have entered paradise with the help of his prayers...

And I was thinking that nowhere else in the world would such a question have been asked...
America is still America...God be with us!
