Long Lost by Harlan Coben
Myron is back... and with him all his friends.
And this time, this investigation starts in Paris.
The choice he made of the names of the two French policemen Berleand and Lefevre must be absolutely abscons to British or American people. But for us, it's funny.. A few years ago, a French film director, Guillaume Canet, made an excellent adaptation of Coben's "Tell no One". It had an enormous success in France. In this film, the two policemen were played by François Berleand and Philippe Lefevre.. hence the names of the policemen in this new book.
This thriller takes us from France to England, then back to the States, looking for a girl... Is she dead or not?
I don't think I should say more...The pleasure in those kind of books coming from the fact that you have the answer at the very end....
