After "Fall of Giants" which was mostly centered around the first World War, this time, we follow the lives of the same characters, and their children, during World War two.

From the 1930th to the 50th and the cold war.

Like in the firts opus, stories of love and hate, death, politics and vivid descriptions of the main actions, like Pearl Habor under the bombs, the Spanish war or the entrance of the Red Army in Berlin.

The different families are still there, in America, Spain, England, Germany and Russia. Brothers fighting brothers, new born children who will probably be the heroes of the next book!
